The initial cleaning and compliance charges are billed to the property owners before the commencement of our services. A customised quote will be furnished by our sales agent based on the size and specific requirements of your property.
The only extra cost is the initial bed set up and/or clean. Prices start at $69 dollars and increase depending on the number of bedrooms.
We deduct all fees from the rental income received, except for the initial setup charges (first clean and compliance).
You pay but we happily take this over for you and arrange all payments to be deducted from the rental income received.
We carefully analyse the pricing of your property and its location, and cross-reference it with other similar listings in the area to establish a benchmark. We also take into account the seasonality and duration of availability.
Payment for your rental earnings will be paid on a weekly schedule.
